Most men in early stages of prostate cancer show no symptoms. Among some men there might be elevated PSA test scores or a significant increase in a PSA value over one recorded on a previous test.
When symptoms are present they include:
- Difficulty with urination
- Blood in the urine
- Bone pain in hips, spine and ribs
- Nerve pain, muscle weakness, and numbness in the feet
